Great location for attending Shaw Festival - just across the street! Many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Others just a 5 minute drive away.
The room wasn't as large as we might have expected, given the price point.

The Shaw Club was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very comfortable and the free DVDs to watch in my room was a nice touch. The continental breakfast which was served at my table was delicious. I really wish I could have stayed longer.

My favorite property in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Boutique hotel with super staff. A lovely area, super location just off local wineries and the Lake. Friendliness from the whole staff. A wide array of options for breakfast in the bar.

The staff and kitchen were excellent. the location was very convenient for shopping and the plays in the festival.
The room was claustrophobic and the liack of closet space was a major problem. The room is simply too small.

The shower!!! The overall design was beautiful...modern but still very comfortable.
This isn't really a complaint, but the food on the dinner menu does not live up to the quality of the overall hotel experience. Breakfast was lovely and it was ok for lunch, but the dinner menu was limited and ordinary.

Enjoyed my such wonderful stay for two nights. "the rooms were large and contemporary with a jacuzzi, you feel like home. 3. "the location was stunning, next door to Il Gelato di Carlotta. 4. "I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

Great location, a couple of blocks away from Simcoe Park. Nicely updated and functional room with the extra touch of a nespresso machine, incredible staff. A wide range of food at the marvellous and sensational breakfast.
